1. Always pay attention to check the crushing particle size of the material. When adjusting the movable jaw, loosen the T-bolt and tension spring first, and lock it after adjustment.
2. Check the motor and bearing every 2 hours to make sure whether the operation is normal. The temperature of the motor shall not exceed 60 ℃ and the bearing temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃.
3. Check the lubrication of the bearing and whether there is enough grease at the joint of the thrust plate to ensure good lubrication.
4. The lower part of the elbow plate should be cleaned frequently to keep no debris between the elbow plate and the movable jaw.
5. When one end of the jaw plate is worn out, it can be used in turn (depending on the specific situation).
6. Proper amount of grease should be injected between the elbow plate and the elbow plate seat.
