High manganese steel ball mill liner
High-manganese steel ball mill liners contain 10% to 15% manganese, and the carbon content is generally 0.90% to 1.50%, most of which is above 1.0%. At low impact loads, it can reach HB300~400, and at high impact loads, it can reach HB500~800. With different impact loads, the depth of hardened layer can reach 10~20mm. High hardness hardened layer can resist impact abrasive wear.
product description
High-manganese steel ball mill liners contain 10% to 15% manganese, and the carbon content is generally 0.90% to 1.50%, most of which is above 1.0%. At low impact loads, it can reach HB300~400, and at high impact loads, it can reach HB500~800. With different impact loads, the depth of hardened layer can reach 10~20mm. High hardness hardened layer can resist impact abrasive wear. High manganese steel has excellent anti-wear performance under strong impact abrasive wear conditions, so it is commonly used in mines, building materials, thermal power and other mechanical equipment to make wear parts. Under low-impact working conditions, high-manganese steels cannot exert the characteristics of materials because the work hardening effect is not obvious.
Production Process
Intermediate frequency electric furnace smelting and microalloying high-quality scrap steel, manganese alloy and other alloy materials, quenching and tempering, and then sand casting molding; thermostatic pouring method to ensure that the product is free of sand, porosity, collapse and other quality defects;
The automatic temperature control heat treatment and tempering process changes the internal structure of the liner and further improves the mechanical performance;
Pre-furnace, post-furnace, semi-finished products and finished products adopt advanced spectral detection to ensure stable chemical composition and performance.
Note: If the above products need to adjust the chemical composition or add other alloying elements, Contractually agreed.
