1. Different applicable materials

2. The difference in structure
The structure of single cylinder hydraulic aggregate cone crusher is divided into six parts, which are upper frame assembly, lower frame assembly, moving cone assembly, transmission shaft assembly, eccentric sleeve assembly and hydraulic cylinder assembly. The structure of multi cylinder hydraulic stone cone crusher is also divided into six parts, which are lower frame part, eccentric sleeve part, transmission part, support sleeve part, adjusting ring part and moving cone part.

3. Different working principles
Single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher: the motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the gear, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circle, so as to realize continuous extrusion and crushing of stones.
Multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher: when working, the moving cone rotates and swings along the inner surface. Near the fixed cone, the material is crushed due to the extrusion and bending of the moving cone. When it deviates from the moving cone, the crushed material falls from the bottom of the cone due to the gravity. The whole crushing and unloading process is carried out continuously along the inner surface.

4. Different adjustment devices of discharge port
When the single cylinder hydraulic mining cone crusher is in operation, the main shaft oil cylinder is filled or drained by the oil pump to make the main shaft move up or down, so as to adjust the size of the discharge port. This adjustment method may cause it difficult to lock the ore outlet when crushing hard ore.
The multi-cylinder hydraulic rock cone crusher adjusts the adjustment cap through a hydraulic push hand or hydraulic motor, thereby driving the adjustment ring to rotate in the support sleeve to achieve an adjustment effect. The advantage of this adjustment is that the discharge port is easy to lock.

5.The difference in overload protection    
Iron passing and cavity cleaning of Single-cylinder hydraulic quarry cone crusher: when passing the iron, hydraulic oil is injected into the accumulator, and the spindle falls; after iron passing, the accumulator returns the oil pressure. The cleaning cavity in the normal operation of the crusher is a hydraulic pump.
Overload protection of multi-cylinder hydraulic aggregate cone crusher: when the foreign matter passes through the crushing chamber or is overloaded, the hydraulic safety system can enlarge the ore discharge port and discharge the foreign matter from the crushing chamber. If the foreign matter is stuck in the discharge port, the cavity cleaning system can be used to further enlarge the ore outlet and discharge the foreign matter out of the crushing cavity. Under the action of the hydraulic system, the discharge port automatically resets and the machine returns to normal operation.

6. Different lubrication systems
Single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher: when filling oil, it can enter from the lower end of the main shaft to lubricate the spherical bearing, spherical bushes, frame bushing, main shaft bushing, and then lubricate the large and small bevel gears. It can also enter from the end of the driveshaft to lubricate the drive shaft bushing. Finally, the two-way oil is discharged from the same oil outlet.
Multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher: the oil is injected from the oil hole in the lower part of the machine and divided into three branches after reaching the middle of the main shaft. On the inner and outer surface of the eccentric sleeve, the oil hole in the middle of the spindle reaches the ball bearing and lubricates the large and small bevel gears through the hole. In addition, the oil can be fed through the hole on the transmission shaft frame to lubricate the transmission bearing, and the oil return is also fed through the oil return hole on the lower part of the bevel gear and the oil return hole on the dust cover.

7. Different feeding methods
Both types of equipment can achieve full cavity feeding. The high bearing capacity of the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher machine can not only realize the full cavity feeding but also use the lamination principle to squeeze and crush the stones in the crushing cavity. It also has a shaping effect, so the output particle shape is relatively uniform.
