Description of limestone
Limestone is mainly composed of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and Mohs hardness 3.After the limestone is mined from the limestone, it is crushed to form limestone particles, that is, stones, sand, or further ground to form limestone powder. It is widely used in building materials, highways, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries. Lime is divided into quicklime and slaked lime. Limestone is calcined into calcium oxide CaO (commonly known as quicklime) after calcination, which is generally lumpy and is used in water quality treatment, asphalt improvement, desulfurization, building materials, medicine and other industries. Quicklime becomes slaked lime by absorbing moisture or adding water. The main component is calcium hydroxide Ca (OH) 2, which is used in environmental protection, medicine, food and other industries.

Limestone crushing processing technology
The main equipment for limestone crushing are vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, etc. The main processing flow is as follows: Large pieces of limestone are uniformly fed by the vibrating feeder through the silo and transported to the jaw The crusher performs coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed material is conveyed by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher. After the coarse crushed material conveyed to the impact crusher is crushed by the impact crusher, the crushed material is crushed by the circular vibrating screen. After screening, the larger granular materials are returned to the counterattack and broken again, and the qualified materials are transported to the finished product storage area through the finished product conveyor belt.

Any manufacturer with many years of experience in the configuration of stone crushing lines must have established production lines. When selecting the production equipment of the stone yard, it is recommended to visit other production lines built by the manufacturer, especially the production lines with similar production capacity and materials.
