The stone less than 150mm is sent to the vibrating feeder by dump truck, and the stone is fed into the HPT hydraulic cone crusher by the vibrating feeder. After the stone is broken for the first stage. through the circular vibrating screen, the stone which is larger than 40 mm will back to cone crusher and broken again. The stone less than 40mm is sent to the sand making machine. Finally, the material is classified and sifted through the circular vibrating screen, and then transported to the finished product area by the belt conveyor.
