The vibrating screen is a multi-layer, high-efficiency new vibrating screen specially designed for screening stone materials in quarries. Working Principle
The vibrating screen is mainly composed of a screen box, a vibrator, a suspension (or support) device, and a motor. The motor drives the main shaft of the exciter to rotate through the V-belt, and the screen box vibrates due to the centrifugal inertial force of the unbalanced weight on the exciter.
Main features
1.The inclination angle of the screen surface is 18°, and the screening efficiency is higher;
2.The exciter is an eccentric shaft plus eccentric block structure, which provides sufficient excitation force;
3.Thin oil self-lubrication, the lubricant should be replaced every 3-6 months;
4.The key parts are designed with wear-resistant rubber protective layer to prolong the service life of the screen.
