On December 27th, Expo 2020 Dubai as well as Henan Week in China Pavilion opened in the same time in both online and off line.Under the the theme "Innovation-driven development, win-win cooperation", Henan Week in China Pavilion aims to present the new achievements of "Four silk Roads", promoting global economic communication and pursuing for innovation and cooperation.

During the opening ceremony, Henan government signed a number of economic cooperation agreements with countries or enterprises participated in the Expo, in area of aviation, trading, foreign investments and project developments, etc. The total contract amount is 42.329 million US dollars (CNY 26.9 millions).
