5 daily operation precautions of jaw crusher

As the coarse crushing equipment in the sand production line, the jaw crusher's productivity determines the efficiency of the entire sand production line. So, in the daily operation process, how to avoid the jaw crusher damage due to operating errors? The following are the 5 daily operation precautions of the jaw crusher.
1. The material must be feed evenly when crushing. Otherwise, the feeding port will be blocked due to the untimely crushing.
2. During the operation of jaw crusher, it is necessary to pay attention to the phenomenon that the large ore is stuck in the feeding port. If it gets stuck, flip it with an iron hook to remove it. If the ore is blocked in the crushing cavity, the ore feeding should be stopped and then started until the ore in the cavity is broken. It is forbidden to take out the ore from the crushing cavity by hand.
3. Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise of the bearing of jaw crusher should not exceed 30 ℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 ℃. When the temperature exceeds the above, the machine should be shut down immediately to find out the cause and deal with it.
4. Do a good job of lubricating the jaw crusher to ensure the normal operation of the machine and prolong its service life. In addition, the grease added into the bearing housing is preferably about 50% of the space volume.
5. The lower part of the elbow plate should be cleaned frequently to avoid the inclusion of debris between the elbow plate and the movable jaw.

The long-term use of jaw crusher is inseparable from standard operation. It is necessary for the sand and gravel plant to establish a scientific and effective management system to ensure the standard operation of the sand production line and bring benefits to the plant continuously.
