How to troubleshoot Raymond Mill?

Raymond mill is a commonly used milling equipment in the field of industrial milling. If you encounter the following common faults during the production process, you can check it to avoid affecting the normal production and extend the service life .

1: low output capacity (no powder or less powder)
Failure:
(1) The powder locker is not adjusted properly, and the seal is not tight, causing powder to suck back.
(2) The blade wears so much that the material cannot be shoveled.
Solution:
(1) Check and adjust the powder lock seal, and find air leakage and block it.
(2) Replace with a new blade.
2: The finished powder is too thick or too fine
Failure:
(1) The blades of the analysis machine are seriously worn and do not play a role in classification.
(2) The air volume of the fan is not appropriate.
Solution:
(1) Replace the blade, turn down the fan properly, and reduce the inlet air volume.
(2) Too fine should increase the imported air volume.
3: The current of the main unit rises, and the current of the fan drops.
Failure:
(1) Excessive feeding, the air duct is blocked by powder, the exhaust of the pipeline is not smooth, the circulating air flow heats up to increase the current of the host machine, the temperature of the machine increases, and the current of the fan decreases.
Solution:
(1) Reduce the amount of feed and remove the dust accumulated in the air duct.
(2) Open the large excess air pipe valve, and the temperature of the incoming material shall be controlled below 6℃.
4: The main unit is noisy and has large vibration.
Failure:
(1) The feed volume is small. The blade is badly worn, the material cannot be shoveled, and the anchor bolts are loose.
(2) The material hard impact is large
(3) The roundness of the grinding roller is severely deformed.
Solutions:
(1) Adjust the feeding amount and replace with a new blade.
(2) Replace the feed particle size.
(3) Replace the grinding roller and grinding ring.
5: Fan vibration
Failure:  
(1) Accumulation of powder on the wind blade or unbalanced wear.
(2) The anchor bolts are loose.
Solutions:
(1) Remove the powder accumulation on the blade or replace the blade.
(2) Tighten the anchor bolts.
6: The transmission device and the analysis engine oil tank become hot
Failure:
(1) Large oil viscosity and thick oil layer, and the threaded pump oil cannot be hit to make the upper bearing lack of oil.
Solution:
(1) Check whether the grade and viscosity of the engine oil meet the requirements.
(2) Check the running direction of the analyzer.
