Keeping the lubricating system oil passage open, oil quality clean, leak-proof, and normal operation is very necessary to ensure the work of the cone crusher. We must do the daily maintenance of the cone crusher lubrication system from the following three points:
1. Select the appropriate lubricant. Lubricating oil is the key to the lubrication system of cone crusher. Choosing good quality thin oil can make the lubrication system of cone crusher work better. In order to avoid the bad oil quality from damaging the lubrication system of the cone crusher, it is recommended that you do not buy some lubricating oil whose quality cannot be guaranteed. It should also be noted that the properties of different lubricants may be different, it is better not to mix them.
2. Control the lubricating oil temperature. Before starting the lubrication system of the cone crusher, the oil return temperature must be measured first. The oil temperature of the cone crusher's lubrication system is monitored and controlled by the heater, cooler, thermometer, and temperature switch, and the oil return thermometer. The cone crusher can ensure that the oil temperature is stable within a certain range.
3. Do the dustproof work of the lubrication system. The working environment of the cone crusher is very dusty, so it is necessary to pay attention to the dust prevention work of the cone crusher lubrication system and clean it regularly to avoid blocking the lubrication channel of the cone crusher lubrication system and affecting the normal operation of the cone crusher lubrication system.
