1.Feeding operation
When the water content of the material is very high, the temperature at the outlet of the tower should be appropriately increased to increase the pressure difference in the mill to an ideal value. If there is insufficient feeding and less return, feeding should be increased to ensure normal pressure difference in the mill to avoid causing vibration. If the material layer is too thick, the feeding amount should be reduced in time, and the discharge opening should be kept smooth; on the contrary, the feeding amount should be increased.
2.Grinding pressure control
If the grinding pressure of the Raymond mill is less than the set value, it is proved that the pressure of the accumulator is too low, and nitrogen must be replenished in time.
3.Temperature control
If the temperature is too high, the power of the mill can be adjusted appropriately or the cold air valve can be opened directly.
4. Differential pressure control
When the feeding amount is large and the milling capacity is insufficient, the internal pressure difference in the mill will increase. At this time, the feeding amount should be appropriately reduced according to the power of the mill. If the product is too thin, the internal circulation load will increase, and the pressure difference will increase, which will cause vibration. Therefore, it is necessary to appropriately reduce the speed of the separator.
