1. In the case of some failures, such as the failure of the lubrication system, the power supply system, or the equipment itself, when these failures cannot be handled under operating conditions, shutdown maintenance is required.
2. The bearings, motors, and reducers heat up sharply, and the temperature is higher than 80℃
3. When the power supply system electrical equipment fails and cannot be removed with power on.
4. Sparks, smoke, or abnormal sounds appear on the motor, etc., and last for a long time.
5. The sliding system is abnormal. For example, the oil is cut off suddenly, but the bearing is not overheated. The oil quantity is small and no cause can be found.
Finally, it should be noted that after the failure occurs, the mine and water supply must be stopped immediately, the classifier is stopped and the screw is lifted, and all electrical switches are stopped.
