working principle
In the working state, the speed regulation motor drives the vertical drive shaft to rotate through the transmission device, and the material enters the powder dressing chamber through the inlet at the top of the separator.
Then the pipe between the upper and lower cones of the medium coarse powder collecting cone falls on the distributing plate, which rotates with the vertical drive shaft, and the material is uniformly scattered around the area under the action of the inertia centrifugal force.
Under the action of high speed airflow through the inlet of the dispersed material, the coarse particles in the material are dumped to the inner wall of the powder dressing chamber by the action of inertial centrifugal force.
After the collision, the kinetic energy slid down the wall and fell into the coarse powder collecting cone. The rest of the particles were rolled up by the swirling updraft, passing through the action zone of the gale leaves, under the impact of the gale leaves.
Another part of the coarse powder particles are thrown into the inner wall of the powder chamber and the kinetic energy is lost along the wall after collision and falls into the coarse powder collecting cone.
After passing through the gale leaf, the medium coarse powder and fine powder continued to rise through the vertical guide blade into the secondary powder separation area under the action of updraft.
Due to the strong and stable plane eddy current formed by the rotating cage rotor, the dust flow causes the medium coarse powder to be thrown to the vertical guide blade under the action of centrifugal force and loses its kinetic energy, then falls into the medium coarse powder collecting cone and is discharged through the medium coarse powder tube.
The required fine powder passes through the cage rotor into its interior and enters the high efficiency low resistance cyclone separator with the circulating wind and then falls into the fine powder collecting cone to become the finished product.

Compared with the traditional separator, the T-Sepax high efficiency three separation separator has outstanding advantages as below: 
 
 1. The T-Sepax high-efficiency three separation separator adopts two-stage separation and three-stage dispersion, which can divide the material into three parts, I. e., "coarse powder > 150um", "coarse powder" (60um < d < 150um) and "fine powder". The coarse particles in the mixed powder can be collected into the coarse powder cone. The second grade region is an accurate classification area, and the classification is completed in the annular region composed of the guide blade and the straight cage rotor. Because the coarse particles are separated in advance and the interference of coarse particles is eliminated, the classification accuracy is high and the separation efficiency is more than 85%.
 
2. Compared with the centrifugal, whirlwind and rotor separators of similar size, the output of T-Sepax high efficiency separation separator is much higher, so it is more suitable for large-scale production. The advanced and reasonable structure allows the concentration of air, output and feed to change in a wide range without affecting the separation efficiency, and its classification performance is very stable. 
 
3. Advanced classification principle. 
Combined with the principle of a variety of powder separation, the aeronautical aerodynamics analysis method is used to optimize the flow field. The resistance of the equipment is significantly reduced, the powder separation efficiency is higher, and the energy saving and consumption reduction is very obvious. 
The rotor of the separator is equipped with a national invention patent eddy current rectifier, the flow of air in the rotor only rises and does not rotate relative to the rotor, so the gas flow field on the surface of the classifier ring is uniform and stable: the relative error of the air flow is less than 5% anywhere. 
When the air flow enters the rotor, the driving force of the rotor is reduced because of the moment of momentum, and the driving power is saved and the wear is reduced.

4. The separator adopts stepless speed regulation.  
The fineness adjustment is convenient, sensitive and reliable, and the adjustment range is wide. 
U-T-Sepax high-efficiency three-separation separator is compact in structure and small in size, and can be applied to any closed-circuit grinding system composed of grinding equipment. 
V-It is suitable for open flow mill, single closed circuit mill and double closed circuit mill, especially for semi-finished grinding and finishing grinding system with roller press, which is the best matching equipment for classification. 
 
5. The easily worn parts of the separator, such as sprinkler, whirlwind, snail angle, wind guide blade and rotor, are made of wear-resistant material or treated by anti-wear technology, and the wear rate is very low. 
The new manganese plate is used in the powder dressing chamber, which effectively prolongs its service life. 
 
6. The new design scheme is adopted to seal the bearing under the spindle, which effectively solves the two major problems of bearing dust entry and oil leakage, and effectively prolongs the service life of the lower bearing. 
7. When the foundation of the separator is designed, the principle of mechanical vibration absorption is adopted, so that the resonance frequency of the separator and the foundation is not close to the natural frequency of the separator, which overcomes the resonance phenomenon, and fundamentally solves the vibration problem of the separator which has been puzzling the factory for a long time. 
 
8. The air leakage rate of the system is greatly reduced by using double interlocking air valve in coarse powder tube, medium coarse powder tube and fine powder tube, and the defects of dust raising in the running process of the old separator are overcome.
