  • High frequency sieve is an effective equipment for fine grain material screening and classification
Product Introduction
High frequency sieve is an effective equipment for fine grain material screening and classification. It is widely used in sieving or classifying operation of iron ore, tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium sand and other Mineral processing plant. Fine Grain Classification for Grinding and Classification process in Mineral processing plant. The sieving efficiency is more than 70% under the conditions of proper feed concentration, feed granularity (~ 200 mesh), and the difference between the sieve size and the feed granularity is less than 30%.

Benefits

Working Principle
The principle of high frequency screen is different from that of ordinary screening equipment. The high frequency screen (high quality screen) adopts high frequency, which destroys the tension of pulp surface and the high speed oscillation of fine grain material on the screen surface, and accelerates the action of useful minerals and separation of large density (specific gravity) minerals. The probability of contact between the material and the sieve hole is increased. Thus the better separation conditions are created, and the materials smaller than the separation particle size, especially the particles with high specific gravity, pass through the sieve hole together to become the sieve products.

Product Features
The high screening efficiency of the high frequency screen can greatly reduce the circulation load and the content of qualified particles in the sieve, thus improving the processing capacity of the mill (5 ~ 10 percentage points can be generally increased). The screening process strictly controls the particle size under the sieve and eliminates the adverse effect of the coarse ore particles on the grade of the concentrate. In addition, under the action of high frequency and small amplitude oscillations on the sieve surface, the pulp has the function of stratifying according to the density, and the high density small particles are easy to settle to the screen surface and sieve through. Therefore, the grade of the sieve can be improved obviously.
